We are compliant with applicable Federal laws and regulations, including the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act, or UIGEA, which specifically exempts real money fantasy sports contests from being deemed as an illegal bet.
States
Laws and regulations regarding fantasy sports contests for real money vary by state. For states that explicitly prohibit fantasy sports by law or where we believe fantasy sports contests are otherwise not permissible, we have taken appropriate measures to restrict access to our games for residents from those states. For states which have enacted laws and/or implemented regulations governing fantasy sports contents, we ensure compliance with all such laws and/or regulations.
