Gudas was actually locked in on Nathan MacKinnon to see if he'd play fisticuffs, only to level an incoming Giroux with his right hand upon catching the Flyers captain in his peripheral line of sight. Whether Gudas socking his NHL teammate was intentional or not, Giroux -- who had two assists in Canada's 4-1 win -- didn't sound bothered by the incident when talking about it after the game. "That's expected; that's the way he plays," Giroux said. "During the season, I'm glad he's on my team."
