Kelly only totaled 12 points (five goals, seven assists) in 82 games with Ottawa last season, but he also averaged over two minutes of ice time as a penalty killer, so he could bolster the Oilers' special teams in 2017-18. However, the 36-year-old forward doesn't produce enough offense to be a viable option in season-long fantasy formats.
