Russell expressed interest in staying with the Oilers at the end of the season, so it should come as no surprise that he'll wait until free agency opens up July 1 in hopes of securing a deal. The 30-year-old won't offer much in terms of fantasy value regardless of where he lands, considering that he's failed to reach the 20-point mark in back-to-back seasons.
