Bell has stayed away from the Steelers while opting not to sign his franchise tag, but he's slated to rejoin the team for their first practice in advance of Week 1 versus the Browns. With that in mind, offensive coordinator Randy Fichtner hasn't decided how to manage Bell's workload in the team's season opener, so the running back could be busy out of the gate if he looks good in practice. Alternatively, the Steelers could elect to ease Bell in with a limited snap count, and in such a scenario James Conner would see added opportunities against Cleveland.
