Raiders at Redskins Fantasy Recap (Week 3, 2017)

The Oakland Raiders had six different players who were expected to score at least nine Dober Fantasy Points on Sunday Night Football. They were lucky as a team to get to nine DFPs.

Derek Carr just flat out was off of his game on Sunday, and as a result, the Raiders were pummeled 27-10 by the Washington Redskins in a game that wasn’t nearly that close.

The only thing that kept this game even remotely competitive was two fumble recoveries by the Oakland defense. Without those, there was no stopping Kirk Cousins, who went 25-of-30 for 365 yards with three scores in one of the best games of his entire career.

The only man who really did much of anything for Oakland was Jared Cook, the lone touchdown scorer in silver and black.

Chris Thompson had another tremendous game in a secondary role for the Washington offense. His 74-yard touchdown was the highlight of a day that saw him come just shy of the 200 all-purpose yards.

Samaje Perine was a bit disappointing in his debut as a featured back with 49 yards and a fumble before leaving the game with a hand injury.
