For the first time this season, the Cleveland Browns owned a halftime lead. For the eighth time this season, they put another game in the loss column.
The only good news for the Browns is that Hue Jackson let DeShone Kizer start and finish this Week 8 game. The rookie didn't turn the ball over once, and he beat his Projected Fantasy Points total for the first time since September 24.
The rest of the story out of London was a bad one for Cleveland. The Vikings dominated time of possession and always felt like they were in control of this game even when they were behind early. The 33-16 final score was a fitting margin.
With Teddy Bridgewater's potential return looming over the Vikings, Case Keenum stated his case to keep the starting job after going 27-for-43 for 288 yards with two touchdowns. Keenum's numbers haven't been brilliant since he took over for Sam Bradford, but he has completed more than 63 percent of his passes in four consecutive games, all of which have been Vikings victories.
Adam Thielen scored his first touchdown since last year on Christmas Eve, though he would have beaten his PFP even without his trip to the end zone. Thielen led all receivers on Sunday with 98 yards on five receptions.
