Things always seemed to be trending in this direction after Diggs was deemed a non-participant at all three practices this past week. Final confirmation on his Week 9 status will arrive when the Vikings release their inactive list approximately 90 minutes prior to Sunday's 1 p.m. EST kickoff. It appears as though the team plans to play it safe with Diggs with a Week 10 bye on tap.
