Bengals at Vikings Fantasy Recap (Week 15, 2017)

Prior to Week 15's game against the Minnesota Vikings, the news leaked out that Marvin Lewis was not going to have his contract renewed next season by the Cincinnati Bengals. The Bengals certainly looked like they gave up on the man who is the second longest-tenured coach in the NFL today in a disappointing 34-7 loss in Minneapolis.

The Vikings didn't really do anything flashy on this day, but they didn't have to either. Case Keenum was virtually perfect, going 20-for-23 for 236 yards and two touchdowns, but he also didn't force the ball down the field all that often.

Jerick McKinnon and Latavius Murray both beat their Projected Fantasy Points totals by wide margins. Not only were they strong as runners, but they also accounted for also around half of Keenum's receiving yards as well.

Andy Dalton had another disaster of a game. He barely posted positive Dober Fantasy Points after going 11-for-22 for 113 yards with two interceptions, his fourth game this year with 8.0 or fewer DFP this season.

Giovani Bernard barely beat his Projected Fantasy Points total thanks to his fourth-quarter touchdown when the game was long out of reach.

Teddy Bridgewater also took his first snaps in nearly two calendar years for the Vikings. Keenum was pulled with half the fourth quarter left to play. Bridgewater was intercepted on his first pass back on the field from his devastating knee injuries, but he still will remember this game for the standing ovation he received from the crowd at U.S. Bank Stadium.
