The Rams aren't putting a timeline on Brown's recovery from the clavicle injury, but Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reported Tuesday that team sources expect the running back to be sidelined for the final four regular-season contests, starting with Sunday's game in Chicago. The Rams will turn to some combination of John Kelly and Justin Davis to handle the small quantity of snaps out of the backfield that don't fall to Todd Gurley. There is some chance Kelly or Davis ends up with a large workload Week 17 if the Rams are already locked into a specific playoff seed. In any case, the team seems to be holding out hope Brown can eventually return from the injury, most likely in the playoffs.
