Outside of a lost fumble in the first half, Smith was quiet yet effective while managing the Chiefs to a victory Sunday. He tallied his lowest pass attempt total since Week 7, while Kansas City attempted to hang on to a lead for the majority of the second half. Although his attempts were limited, the veteran signal caller averaged 10.8 yards per throw, his highest of the season. Smith will have a short week to prepare for a Thursday night tilt against the division-leading Raiders.
