The last thing Davante Adams did in Week 4 was get stretched off the field after suffering a nasty hit to the head that left him momentarily unconscious. In Week 5, both the first thing he did and the last thing he did was score a touchdown.
Adams' two scores highlighted a thrilling, 35-31 Green Bay Packers' win over the Dallas Cowboys in Week 5.
If you watched, this was one of those games you'll always remember. Dallas took a 21-6 lead midway through the second quarter and looked like it was headed for a romp. Green Bay responded with a 22-3 run to take a 28-24 advantage before Dak Prescott came back and led the Cowboys on what seemed like it would be the game-winning touchdown drive.
The last chapter, though, belonged to Adams. He scored a touchdown with 11 seconds left in the game to cap a 9-play, 75-yard drive that covered just over a minute and won the game for Green Bay.
Adams finished the day with 22.10 Dober Fantasy Points, the first time he exceeded 20 DFP in a game since the Wild Card playoff game against the Giants last season.
This was certainly a day where virtually all the stars shined. Aaron Rodgers, Aaron Jones and Adams all exceeded their Projected Fantasy Points totals for Green Bay while Cole Beasley, Dez Bryant, Jason Witten and Prescott were all past their PFP totals for Dallas.
