The Dallas Cowboys and Oakland Raiders both knew they had to win in Week 15 to keep their seasons alive. Both teams gave everything they had in a wild game that included fake punts, flea-flickers and a slew of fourth-down gambles.
In the end, though, it was a Derek Carr fumble into the end zone when he was less than a yard away from the game-winning score that proved to be the difference in a 20-17 Dallas escape from the "Black Hole."
Make no mistake about how poor the Cowboys played in this game. Dak Prescott threw two interceptions, and the team's running backs only managed 23 carries for 74 yards for the game after Alfred Morris had 51 yards on his first seven carries.
Rod Smith beat his Projected Fantasy Points total, but he and Jason Witten were the only two victors of note.
Michael Crabtree finally found the end zone again, and he did so twice to beat his PFP total. Of course, standard fantasy players would have wanted more on Crabtree's 17 targets, but seven catches, 39 yards and the two touchdowns were more than enough to post a win on Dober Play Cards.
