The status of Bernard, who missed the tail end of the Week 4 win over the Falcons, is thus cloud heading into Sunday's matchup with the Dolphins. Fortunately for the Bengals, No. 1 back Joe Mixon (knee) was able to participate in Wednesday's session and seems to be trending toward a return after sitting out the past two games.
