The Cincinnati Bengals aren't playing in the playoffs in 2017, but they won their de facto playoff game and celebrated as if they had won the Super Bowl when they beat the Baltimore Ravens 31-27 in Week 17. The loss ended Baltimore's chances to get into the playoffs when it had better than a 90 percent chance to get into the postseason at the start of the day.
It's so ironic that the Cincinnati offense is what made all the difference in the world for the Bengals. Andy Dalton, who struggled all season long, hit Tyler Boyd on 4th and 12 with less than a minute to play to win the game for the Bengals.
Dalton and Boyd both easily beat their Projected Fantasy Points totals, as did Joe Mixon and Tyler Kroft.
Baltimore trailed in this game by two scores before rallying to take the lead in the fourth quarter. But to get its heart ripped out by a late touchdown in an improbable situation had to be gut-wrenching.
Joe Flacco only went 25-for-47 for 203 yards, but he beat his PFP total thanks to his two touchdowns.
