How can I deposit?
Upon sign up, you will need to fill out your personal information in your account section. After that, choose your favorite deposit method in the cashier section. How can I request a withdrawal?
To withdraw your funds from your Dober Games account to your bank account or via check, you will need to first verify your identity and provide your tax information for us to comply with legal regulations. After this is done, head on over to the cashier and click the Cash out section. Here you can select the method of your choosing and the amount you wish to withdraw. We will then process your request as soon as possible.
How often can I request cash out?
As many times as you like! We will cover the fees on one cash out per month for our regular players. Additional cash outs can incur in fees depending on payment method chosen.
How long does it take to process a withdrawal?
We strive to process withdrawals within 24 hours. However, please be advised that given some periods of high payout demand, these may take up to five (5) business days. Some withdrawal request may be delayed if they are requested during national banking holidays.
